We are very proud of our restaurant at The Castle Hotel where you will find the very best locally sourced produce. At The Castle Hotel we promise a refreshing and pleasant dining experience. Our chef and staff work together to ensure eating out at The Castle Hotel is an experience to remember.

Our romantic restaurant serves an excellent a-la-carte menu alongside a selection of special dishes including Fish and Tapas - all locally sourced, freshly prepared and cooked to order. Nothing is too much trouble, here at The Castle Hotel. We endeavour to accommodate any special requests or dietary requirements you may have, whether you wish to accompany your meal with a bottle of wine from our extensive wine list or decide to treat yourself to one of our many handmade desserts to finish off.

Our popular Carvery is open daily:
Lunch: 12 noon – 2.30
Evening: 6.00 – 9.00

*Sundays: from 6.30. Due to enormous popularity, advance booking is requested in respect of Sunday bookings.

Lounge Bar at The Castle Hotel

Our continental style lounge bar at The Castle Hotel has a welcoming contemporary feel. A menu offering light-bites presents a wide range of tapas accompanied by an extensive list of old and New World wines.

This comfortable bar area offers an extensive range of drinks, customers can sample a pint of locally brewed 6X and IPA beer.

Customers can also order from the Bar Menu which offers a wide-range of dishes foods to choose from.

In the summer you can hire one of our chefs to cook on a BBQ for your own private party on our roof terrace garden which accommodates up to 36 people. Plus, throughout the year, we cater for parties, conferences and corporate events in The Castle Hotel, itself.
